As promised, I have a picture of the cake, of course I forgot until most of was gone.
The Red Velvet Cake came out really well, I would make some changes to it if I made it again, but I don't know if I would make it again... Not this recipe.
EVERYONE complimented me on the cake. Everyone that had some said how good it was. The frosting was a bit to rich for *my* liking but it was moist and yum-o!
All the cake talk brought back one of my dreams I have. To be a baker! I love baking so much! and Every time I do, I get compliments. I was informed I'm not the official cake baker for my whole floor. Thats a lot f teams!
hahaa I'm thinking about culinary school. There's one by work :-)
