KL had mentioned that she and her family love Gingerbread cookies... and since they love it and I haven't made one in ages- I decided to make one. Once I found out we were going there for Breakfast on Christmas morning, I thought it was a perfect hostess 'gift.' Well they were very excited!! Of course this made me happy, I love giving gifts that people appreciate :-) They broke into it (hehehee) right after b-fast.
