after that last blog, I decided to look up overeaters anonymous... there are meetings on sunday mornings here in Ffld. Sunday at 9am. I wanted to check out the yoga class at the gym I just joined. whats more important (duh!) both a little scary, one more than the other.
I'm scared to go.
