I've been trying to do as much running as I can get myself to do, and I'm getting there VERY SLOWLY... I think running on a treadmill is slowing me down, although today I pushed myself.
I was hoping to make it to the group run tomorrow... but I have to work (BOO!) So the plan is to get to work at 7, run for 40 mins then work 8-1 or 2... at least I'm getting time and a half. I've been busy lately between the 12 step program, friends, work and knitting. Its awesome. :-)
