I've been a bad blogger lately... I want to post, but have been so busy and tired. My days are filled with knitting, running the program and relaxing.

And now I have been dealing with a REALY painful neck and shoulder pain... I so completely wish massage was covered by insurance. Either that or for my student loan to be paid off... either one of those would make it easier for me to fix my body...

In other news, I've gone down 20 pounds, but now cannot weight myself more than once a month... Lets see if I can stick with that...


  1. Instead of worrying how much weight you have lost and weighing yourself all the time. You should measure how many inches you have lost in your waist. Losing weight doesn't mean you will see a physical difference, but fitting into an old pair of jeans is a physical difference you can see.

  2. Neil, I'm not worried about my weight. I always think about size rather than weight, however, as a woman, the weight thing does overcome me at times... That's why I have decided I will only weigh myself only once a month.. Otherwise I get compulsive about it and I obsess... Damn obsessions!! :-)

  3. Congrats on your weight loss. I used to weigh myself every day, but I limit it to once a week. Usually on a Wednesday morning.
